Took my truck in for a simple tire rotation and oil leak diagnoses. Something went horribly wrong (no fault to Integrity Tire) with the truck, and it quit running and broke down on them during test drive. Ray went above and beyond trying to help me. Brought in outside diesel techs to try and help get it fixed. Even personally offered to get me a ride home. Ending up getting the truck towed to a diesel shop specialist in Loveland for me. A week or two after, Ray called just to check in on me and see how I was doing. I ultimately ended up paying the other shop lots of money to fix my truck. But it was really great having the support and thoughtfulness from Ray at Integrity Tire. Great guys, great shop!!
I give this a 5 star review they were so helpful and they helped me work out financing did not try to gauge me showed me everything that I needed done were completely honest and worked with me on what I could afford. Ray was an exceptional person that seemed to really understand where I was coming from and what I needed. Everybody there was very friendly and very helpful I most definitely will be back to do anything I need on my car and I would suggest to anyone that needs work done to go here. If you want honest good friendly service go see Em you won't be disappointed.

Folks, I highly recommend Integrity Tire off of Parker Road for all of your vehicle needs. Bobby and his guys don't nickel and dime you to death and most of all they give you a small town vibe of taking care of you amongst a big city with a whole lot of sharks out there.
David and David were absolutely lovely! I don’t know too too much about cars and they were able to break everything down for me so it all was very clear - hard to get that from many auto garages as a woman. They were not pushy for additional services which makes me want to come back to get the additional work done once I do have the funds. The sitting area is comfy and the staff was really the shining star. They’re personable and make you feel right at home. Sending my partner here tomorrow for his car and I will be coming back myself!
